For the 14th year in a row, the Medical and Social Services Department of MútuaTerrassa has organised its traditional Christmas card contest which awards the best Christmas cards made by the residents of the different adult day care centres and nursing and mental health homes managed by MútuaTerrassa Vallparadís Foundation. Les Arenes adult day care centre in Terrassa was the winner of the 14th edition of the contest.

This year, 17 centres participated in the contest. A representative from each centre (residents and professionals) gathered in the MútuaTerrassa room in Edifici Docent to hear the results of the jury which was composed of various representatives of MútuaTerrassa and Terrassa native artist Mr. Robert Cabeza.

After receiving their certificates, the participants then recited a verse or sang a song in front of the attendees in honour of the Christmas holidays. The event closed with the announcement of the winning centre. In addition, this year MútuaTerrassa will use the winning Christmas card as the company’s official Christmas and New Year 2016 greeting.
