The Medical and Social Services Department provides specialised response in integral care for the elderly and people in need of assisted-living, convalescents, people with intellectual disabilities and people with mental health problems. Vallparadís Foundation carries out these activities in different centres throughout Catalonia.

The Vallparadís Foundation is aimed at improving the quality of life for people under assisted-living. Its goal is to provide support and ongoing efforts to care for these people and their needs. As such, the foundation has extensive experience in managing nursing homes, medical and social centres, centres for people with intellectual disabilities, mental health centres, home care and adult day care centres.
