    At MútuaTerrassa, we promote the integration of people with disabilities by providing them with support so they can grow professionally and transition into the regular labour market.

    That is why we have created the Integralia Vallès Foundation, a special work centre that relies on 50 professionals who are part of a growing project.

    MútuaTerrassa reached the highest level, “GC Advanced”, of the UN Global Compact in its fifth report on social commitments in 2014 with 48 socially responsible initiatives. With this fifth report, MútuaTerrassa ranks among the 70 leading Spanish companies within this category.

    Global Compact is the largest corporate responsibility initiative in the world and brings together more than 5,000 organizations from over 135 countries. This initiative for socially responsible policies encourages companies worldwide to incorporate as an integral part of their strategy and operations the 10 principles of conduct and action in the areas of human rights, labour, the environment and anti-corruption.
