Between June 10 and 13, Granada was the scene of the LII National Congress of the Spanish Society of Intensive and Critical Care Medicine and Units (SEMICYUC) and the XLIV National Congress of the Spanish Society of Intensive Nursing and Coronary Units (SEEIUC) , celebrated this year under the slogan "Intensive medicine: VIP care for critical patients".

The Intensive Medicine Service of HUMT participates in the LII National Congress of SEMICYUC and the XLIV National Congress of SEEIUC
In the framework of these congresses the Intensive Medicine Service of the MútuaTerrassa University Hospital had an active participation; In the field of medicine, I presented a total of 4 communications and took part in two round tables. Regarding the field of nursing presented 2 more communications.
In this sense, the nursing team received the first prize for the best communication. The acknowledgment in question was received for his participation in the multicenter study "Analysis of a Survey on Knowledge in Mechanical Containment of Critical Unit Nurses".

In this same congress, the General Assembly of the Spanish Society of Intensive and Critical Care Medicine and Coronary Units held on the penultimate day of the meeting (Tuesday, June 12), Dr. José Trenado, Chief of the Intensive Care Medicine and the ICU of the HUMT, was elected deputy secretary of the same company.
