In 2014 MútuaTerrassa created a collaboration agreement for the provision of residential hospitalization services for residential centers. Through this agreement, this service allows to bring health care closer to the patient's home, and to maintain the environment, habits and comfort of the home while at the same time reducing iatrogenic risks.

The Home Hospitalization service signs a new agreement with a residential center
That year three residences for seniors from Terrassa were added and the following year two from Las Fuentes were added. In 2016, it was extended to one more residence in Terrassa and another in Viladecavalls, and last year, one in Rubí was added.
This month of July has added a new center, specifically the Residence and Day Center for the Elderly San Salvador de Sant Cugat del Vallès. Thus, with this already there are nine residential centers -from 5 different populations- that benefit from the care work of the Home Hospitalization Service of MútuaTerrassa. In this sense, the residences work together with the health personnel in charge of the patient and each day they are explained to the nurse or assistant to the changes in the medication and the patient's condition.
