The jury integrated by a person member of the Library of Terrassa of District 2, a user of the Social Club Egara and a professional person of the Social Club Egara chose the work "The bluebird" of the Mercè Llorens, that obtained the first prize.



The objective of this contest is to promote literary creation in Catalan and Spanish, as well as celebrate the festival of San Jorge, through the realization of an unpublished literary work and any theme.

EL PÁJARO AZUL

Amaneció en primavera,

hacía un día claro.

La brisa del mar en mí cara.



Puse la radio

y aquella canción me hizo soñar contigo.

Un sentimiento raro,

algo extraño, como el humo del tabaco.



La brisa del mar en mí cara.

Un canto a la libertad.

Un pájaro azul vino a cantar,

un canto a la libertad.



La reja me avisaba,

que estaba la puerta cerrada.

Desde mi ventana veía el sol y el árbol,

por donde pude escapar.

Desde mí ventana, se ve la libertad.
