We make a proposal to prepare a simple and delicious ICE CREAM OR MELON

Ingredients:

  • 500 gr. of watermelon or melon, chopped and seeded


  • Preparation:

    • Put watermelon or chopped melon in the blender glass and grind well. Pour the fruit puree in ice cream molds or in plastic cups, place sticks and freeze for a minimum of 8 hours.



      Note: These fruits can be substituted by others, taking into account that one of them must be rich in water, for example the water peach.


      Opt for seasonal foods


      During the summer there is plenty of seasonal fruit and fresh vegetables, which are especially tasty at this time. So, ensure your intake at all main meals.

      Remember ...

      Consume 3 pieces of fruit per day, season and proximity, such as: cherries, apricots, peaches, plums, Paraguayans, melon, nectarines or watermelon.

      • • 1 peach
      • • ½ banana (seasonal fruit, but not proximity)




        Preparation:
