MútuaTerrassa University Hospital has once again been awarded the TOP 20 2016 award in Overall Hospital Management in recognition of its commitment to excellence.



The award was granted during the 17th TOP 20 HOSPITALS conference which the company IASIST organises every year. Dr. Carles Fontcuberta, managing director of the Healthcare Services Department at MútuaTerrassa, together with Ms Judit Fernández, the director of the Nursing Department, accepted the award in the name of the company during the award ceremony held at Reina Sofia Art Centre in Madrid.



This year, 161 hospitals from 16 Spanish regions participated, 113 of which belong to the Spanish National Healthcare System and 48 of which are private institutions. These awards in overall hospital management and 8 prevalent clinical areas are aimed at offering the health sector a useful benchmark for improving results which is based on quality indicators, operations and economic efficiency.



This recognition reinforces MútuaTerrassa University Hospital’s commitment to excellence and showcases the expertise of its professionals. Our hospital has participated in the TOP 20 Awards since 2001, and since then we have collected many awards.
