New meeting in MútuaTerrassa to share good practices on Lean management with Italian healthcare professionals
The purpose of the session, very similar to the meeting of February of last year, was to share the experiences of MútuaTerrassa and special reference was made to the project Management by Processes.
They also presented the new projects in which the LEAN tools are being used with which they are currently working (Image Diagnostic Area, Surgical Block and Customer Service, Urgent Care and an Hospitalization plant) and finally a visit to the emergency areas and floors 9 and 11.
