The Data Protection Delegate (DPD) has several functions assigned by the RGPD. In relation to the Responsible for the Treatment, advises, informs and supervises on everything that has to do with the obligations provided in the RGPD and other applicable regulations, on its compliance by the entity and in relations with the Data Protection Authority . As for the Data Protection Authority, it must cooperate and serve as liaison. And, finally, regarding the affected people, it attends to the exercise of rights and any question related to the treatment of the data.
